She graduated from their honors program with the highest distinction, IU’s equivalent to summa cum laude. She turned down several corporate business offers from major Fortune 500 companies upon graduation. Amanda is currently working as a lecturer of anthropology and psychology at Colorado Mountain College, providing business consulting services to local business owners, teaching yoga, and offering free personal development workshops each month in her community. Amanda is passionate about personal growth, both physically and mentally. She is an avid rock climber, yogi, and has recently gotten back into running. Her dog, Daphne, is continually making her smile.

Her multidimensional approach to teaching yoga is based on nature-inspired yogic principles, mindful awareness, Baptiste methodology, and the underlying anatomical structures of the body. Her high-energy flows are paired with deep musculoskeletal release, exploration of habitual patterns through awareness practice, and a playful mindset.
