Join The Expo

Thank you for your interest in participating in Eagle YogaFest! Those who participate will be set up at the vendor village in the center of the event to maximize participation and engagement with festival participants. The vendor village is also in a high-traffic, high-visibility area in Eagle, Brush Creek Pavilion Park.

All event participants will be required to walk though the vendor village for festival registration and class location sites, further maximizing vendor visibility. We are looking for vendors that showcase artisans, food, retail, non-profits and more. We will carefully select the vendors and hope to maintain a positive, friendly and professional atmosphere for all. See below for details on hours, booths and requirements.

Hours

Exhibitors must have at least one person at their tent during Expo hours:

  • Saturday 10:00am – 6:00 p.m.
  • Sunday 10:00am-4:00 p.m.

Booths

  • Booth Size: 10’ x 10’
  • Booth Fee: $250
  • Double Booth Fee: $500 (no discounts)
  • Booth Fees to be paid in full by September 1, 2013
  • Eagle YogaFest will provide:
  • 10’ x 10’ tent
  • Tent includes one table  and four walls

Requirements

Accepted Exhibitors are required to have the following:

  • Copy of Colorado State Sales Tax Use Permit
  • Proof of General Liability Insurance
  • Signed Vendor Contract
  • Vendor Permit
  • Business License
